Tick every banned fee you were charged:

Admin / setup / application fee

Any fee charged simply for processing your application or setting up the tenancy is banned.

Inventory check-out fee

Landlords and agents cannot charge tenants for the check-out inventory inspection.

Reference / credit check fee

Reference fees, credit check fees, and employment verification fees are all banned.

Guarantor arrangement fee

Any fee charged to set up or check a guarantor is prohibited.

Tenancy renewal fee

Charging a fee to renew or extend your tenancy is banned regardless of the amount.

Cleaning fee charged in advance

A landlord cannot require you to pay for professional cleaning upfront as a condition of the tenancy.

Viewing fee

Charging a prospective tenant to view a property is prohibited.

"Professional clean" clause requiring payment

A contractual clause requiring you to pay for professional cleaning at the end of the tenancy (unless you caused unusual soiling) is unenforceable.
