Mandatory Reconsideration request
A structured request asking the DWP to reconsider a benefit decision before you appeal to a tribunal. Covers UC, PIP, ESA, AA, Carer's Allowance, and JSA.
OpenDeposit not protected — complaint and demand
Letter to a private landlord whose tenancy deposit has not been protected in TDS, MyDeposits or DPS within 30 days, citing Housing Act 2004 ss.213-215 and the up-to-3x deposit penalty.

Letter to a creditor or debt collector asserting that a debt is statute-barred under section 5 of the Limitation Act 1980 and demanding they cease collection activity.

Pre-application letter to a creditor notifying them you are being supported by a regulated debt adviser and intend to apply for a Breathing Space (Debt Respite Scheme), requesting they pause enforcement during the advice period.

Letter requesting a Mandatory Reconsideration after the standard 1-month deadline (up to 13 months), explaining the good reason for the delay and the merits of the underlying challenge.
OpenAppeal against Housing Benefit decision
