Skilled Worker Salary Threshold Checker

Check whether a salary offer meets the minimum threshold for a UK Skilled Worker visa. Different thresholds apply for new entrants and experienced workers.

Immigration disclaimer

This tool checks against the general salary threshold only. The Home Office also sets going rates for specific occupations (SOC codes) — your salary must meet whichever is higher. Always consult a regulated immigration adviser (OISC) or solicitor for your specific situation. Thresholds may change — verify current figures on GOV.UK before applying.

Are you a new entrant?

A new entrant is someone who is: under 26 years old, in a recognised graduate training programme, a recent graduate (within 5 years of graduation), or switching from a student or graduate visa. New entrants qualify for the lower threshold of £33,400.
